SHIPPING
After placing your order and once it has been dispatched, you will receive a notification confirming all your delivery details, including the carrier and tracking information for your package. We aim to deliver within 12-15 working days. If you need your product sooner, please get in touch with us at info@ruchimehralabel.com or via WhatsApp.
Please note that H&R ENTERPRISES (RuchiMehraLabel) cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, a locked delivery location, or other unforeseen circumstances such as an Act of God.
For international shipments: Any applicable import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order for any reason before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@ruchimehralabel.com with your order details. Once the product has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you cancel within the specified timeframe, any payments made will be fully refunded within 15 working days.
Please be aware that we do not accept requests to change the shipping address after the order has been dispatched.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
– No Returns/Refunds: All sales are final.
– Exchanges: Exchanges can only be processed if we are notified within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will coordinate the pickup of the return package.
– International Shipments: Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for international customers due to export and duty regulations set by the Government of India.
– Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a product, you may select another item from our website. If the new item is of lesser value, the balance will be issued as a credit note from RUCHIMEHRALABEL, which can be used on future purchases. Please note that we won’t be responsible for any misuse of the credit note once it has been provided. The old product will be picked up, and the new product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure all exchange conditions are met.
– Condition for Exchange: We retain the right to deny a refund if the product arrives damaged at our warehouse.
– Receipt Requirement: To process an exchange, please return the item along with the original receipt. All original tags must be attached and intact.
– Product Condition: Only items returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging can be exchanged.
– Modifications: Merchandise that has been altered by the buyer, or modified at the buyer’s request, cannot be returned.
– Altered Merchandise: If the merchandise has been printed, dyed, washed, or altered in any way, it is not eligible for exchange or claims.
– Final Decision: RUCHIMEHRALABEL reserves the right to determine the eligibility of an exchange based on the condition of the merchandise. If we find that an item appears worn, we cannot process any refund or exchange.
– Processing Time: All exchanges will be processed within 7-30 working days, depending on the specifications from the payment gateway.
– Cash-On-Delivery (COD): If you chose COD as your payment method, please ensure the packaging remains unopened and the product unused at the time of delivery if you plan to return it immediately.
– Delivery Executive Protocol: The delivery executive will only hand over the package upon receipt of payment and is not responsible for retrieving the package after it has been delivered.
